Rest assured, we would never charge your team for access to courses that you are already paying for.
Care Courses also operates a service for individual caregivers who would like to purchase training for themselves.
In most cases, your caregiver has signed up for Care Courses using a different email address than the one that was added to your company's account. Because of this, Care Courses does not know that your caregiver belongs to your organization.
To resolve this issue, there are two options:

If your caregiver would like to use the email address that they signed up with, please contact Care Courses Support at [email protected] to help
If any member of your care team paid for their own training because of this confusion, we will fully refund all payments as soon as we're notified of the issue.
