To grant your caregivers training access, simply add them to your organization. This process is straightforward—just provide their full name and email address. You can add caregivers during the initial signup or anytime from your dashboard.
Upon addition, caregivers will receive an email informing them of your organization's use of Care Courses for training, and giving them a link to sign up for the service. If you've assigned courses, your caregivers will see them as soon as they sign up, and can begin their training right away.
It's very important that caregivers use the same email address to sign up as the one that you have added them in the system with. If they do not sign up with the same email address, they won't be able to access their assigned courses.
