Monitoring Your Team’s Training

The Care Courses training dashboard is designed for effortless monitoring of your care team's training at a glance.

Search

Caregivers are organized alphabetically. For larger teams, we recommend utilizing the search function to locate specific individuals. Simply start typing, and the system will locate the caregiver you seek. If they are not in the system, you can easily add them.

Tip

Begin typing in the search box. We will search caregiver names and emails based on the entered text.

Caregiver Overview

Upon accessing the training dashboard, you can quickly assess your team's training status. Progress meters provide a visual representation of completed courses by caregivers compared to the assigned ones over the past year, encompassing both initial and annual training.

Overdue training due dates are highlighted in red for immediate attention.

Caregiver Detail

By selecting a specific caregiver, you can view a list of outstanding and completed courses. For incomplete courses, you have the option to unassign them, modify due dates, or reset exams for caregivers who have exhausted their attempts.

You can download completion certificates for printing and inclusion in the caregiver's file for completed courses.

Reporting

You can efficiently generate a past-year audit report for each caregiver by clicking on the top right corner of their respective card.
