When your care manager assigns a course to you, they have the option to set a due date to complete the training.
If you have not completed the training, and the due date is getting close, Care Courses will notify you about your training so that you can complete it on time.
You will receive reminder notifications from Care Courses:
One week before the course is due
2 days before the course is due
1 day before the course is due
The day the course is due
The day after the curse is due
On the day after the course is due, if the training has still not been completed, your care manager will also receive a notification letting them know that the training has not been completed by the due date.
You can still complete the courses after the due date has passed.
