Downloading your caregiver's certificates of completion is easy. Simply search for the caregiver, or scroll to their name on your dashboard.
Next, click the arrow to expand the information for your caregiver
Finally, click the certificate icon next to the course that you'd like to download the certificate for.
The certificate will download to your computer.
