Once you pass an exam with a score of 80% or higher, you will be able to get your certificate of completion for the course.

Once you've passed the exam, click the "Get Your Certificate"

You will be taken to a page where you must attest that you completed the exam on your own.

Enter your full name as it should appear on your certificate of completion. If you do not enter your name on this screen, the certificate will not be generated.

The name you enter in this step is the name that will appear on your certificate of completion. It can not be changed once it is submitted.

Downloading the Certificate of Completion

Once you click the "Continue" button on the attestation screen, your certificate will be generated. You will be taken to the "Completed Courses" tab on your training dashboard, where you will see the button to download your certificate.

Agencies have the option to turn off the ability for caregivers to download certificates. If you do not see the "Download Certificate" button on this page, please contact your care manager for a copy of your certificate.
