Yes, you can review your caregiver's exams. This can be helpful if you want to see where a caregiver is struggling with certain topics.
To see a caregiver's exam results, click the "View Details" button next to their name on the dashboard.
On the next screen, click the "Completed" tab and the arrow ">" icon for a given course, to view the list of exams for that course
Click "View Details" on the exam you wish to review to see their results.
A caregiver may have taken the exam multiple times, so make sure you're looking at the most recent attempt.
In some cases, it might be necessry for a member of your team to review a caregiver's exam, and sign off on it after the review.
To do this, the reviewer needs to click the "Review exam" button on the exam details page, and then they can use an electronic signature to sign off on the exam. The signed off copy can then be saved as a PDF file, or printed out and saved in the caregiver's personnel file.
Reviewing and e-signing exams
To review an exam, scroll to the bottom of the exam results page. You will see a button labeled, "Review exam"
Click the "Review exam" button, and enter the full name of the reviewer
After entering your full name, click "Complete Review" to sign off on the exam
The reviewed and signed off exam can then be downloaded by clicking the "Download results" button at the top of the page.
The signed off course results will be downloaded as a PDF file for you to save in your records.
