At the end of every course in Care Courses, there is an exam that you must take to get your certificate of completion. Most exams are 20 questions long, but in some cases they can be longer.
Passing Score
You must score 80% or higher to pass an exam and get your certificate of completion.
Retaking Exams
If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, we allow you to retake the exam up to 4 more times (for a total of 5 attempts).
When you complete an exam, for every incorrect answer, Care Courses shows you the lesson that you can find the right answer in. We recommend that you go back and re-study that lesson before taking the exam again.
The questions that you see each time you take the exam will be different. this ensures that you truly understand the material in the course.
Resetting Your Exam Attempts
If you do not pass an exam after 5 attempts, you will be blocked from re-taking the exam. In order to be able to retry the exam, you must contact your care manager to reset your exam attempts. Your care manager may work with you to give you more instruction on the topic, and then will unlock the exam to give you two (2) more attempts at completing the exam.
